材料属性

1、为白色颗粒。综合性能好，可在120度蒸汽中使用，电气绝缘性好，吸水率小，但有应力开裂的倾向。改性聚苯醚可以消除应力开裂

2，具有优异的电气绝缘性和防水性，尺寸稳定性好。其介电性能居塑料之首

3、MPPO是将PPO和HIPS共混制成的改性材料，市场上的材料就是这样的材料

4，具有较高的耐热性，玻璃化转变温度211度，熔点268度，加热到330度有分解倾向，PPO含量越高，其耐热性越好，热变形温度可达190度

5，良好的阻燃性，自利性，HIPS混合中等可燃性。重量轻，无毒，可用于食品和医药行业。耐光性差，长时间在阳光下使用会变色

6，可与ABS、HDPE、PPS、PA、HIPS、玻璃纤维等改性处理共混

成型特性

1、非结晶材料，吸湿性小

2，流动性差，与牛顿流体相似，粘度对温度敏感，产品厚度一般在0.8mm以上。分解时很容易分解并产生腐蚀性气体。建议严格控制成型温度，模具应加热，浇注系统应具有较小的材料流动阻力

3，聚苯醚的吸水率很低，约为0.06%，但微量水分会导致产品表面如银丝不光滑，最好进行干燥处理，温度不应高于150度，否则会变色

4、聚苯醚的成型温度为280-330度，改性聚苯醚的成型温度为260-285度

适用范围。制造耐热件、绝缘件、耐磨件、传动件、医疗电子件；可用于温度较高的齿轮、风叶、阀门等零件，可替代不锈钢使用；可以制作螺丝、紧固件和连接件；电机、转子、外壳、变压器的电气部件

Product Details

Basic properties: specific gravity: 1.07g/cm³, molding shrinkage: 0.3-0.8%, molding temperature: 260-290℃, drying conditions: 130℃, 4 hours.

Material properties.

1、It is white granule. Good comprehensive performance, can be used in 120 degree steam, good electrical insulation, small water absorption, but has the tendency of stress cracking. Modified polyphenylene ether can eliminate stress cracking;

2, has outstanding electrical insulation and excellent water resistance, good dimensional stability. Its dielectric properties rank first among plastics;

3、MPPO is a modified material made by blending PPO and HIPS, and the materials on the market are such materials;

4, has high heat resistance, glass transition temperature 211 degrees, melting point 268 degrees, heated to 330 degrees has the tendency to decomposition, the higher the content of PPO the better its heat resistance, heat deformation temperature up to 190 degrees;

5, good flame retardancy, with self-interest, and HIPS mixed with a medium flammability. Light weight, non-toxic can be used in food and drug industry. Poor light resistance, long time use in the sun will be discolored;

Molding characteristics.

1、Non-crystalline material, small moisture absorption;

2, poor fluidity, similar to the Newtonian fluid, viscosity is sensitive to temperature, product thickness is generally above 0.8 mm. It is very easy to decompose and produce corrosive gas when decomposing. It is advisable to strictly control the molding temperature, the mold should be heated, the pouring system should be small resistance to material flow;

3, the water absorption of polyphenylene ether is very low about 0.06%, but the trace of water will lead to the surface of the product such as silver wire is not smooth, it is best to dry treatment, the temperature should not be higher than 150 degrees, otherwise the color will change;

4、The molding temperature of polyphenylene ether is 280-330 degrees, and the molding temperature of modified polyphenylene ether is 260-285 degrees.
