4。根据实际应用案例，结合线强度拉伸试验，模塑件已通过客户要求，并已正式批量生产

2. Anti-static properties – to reduce the electrostatic adsorption of dust inside the lens.

3. Good surface quality.

4. Plastic parts with good bonding line, strength through the corresponding tensile test.

5. Suitable for injection molding.

Material characteristics.

1. 30% mineral glass fiber filling, tensile modulus up to 13Gpa, excellent dimensional stability of mineral filling

2. Surface resistance value: 6.3E+11ohm, volume resistance value: 2.3E+12 ohm-m, reduce component static electricity to avoid dust adsorption.

3. Mineral filled has better surface quality than traditional LCP.

4. According to the actual application cases, the molded parts have passed the customer’s requirements combined with the line strength tensile test and have been officially mass production.

5. Injection molding temperature: 330~350°C.
