POM具有较高的抗压强度、冲击韧性、刚度和疲劳极限、高应力松弛性、良好的规范可靠性、较小的吸水能力、较小的磨损次数、高质量的耐磨性、高温和水仍然具有很高的刚度、耐溶剂浸出性和PA，但价格较低，抗不断变形，具有卓越的恢复能力。POM的缺陷取决于其易受强碱腐蚀、缺乏耐热性和耐热性差。收缩率2-3.5%，适用于壁厚：1.5-2.5mm

注塑成型性能：POM具有显著的熔点，熔融时为175℃，240℃会溶解，一般生产加工温度为190℃~220℃，生产加工范围较窄；POM不吸潮，在注塑成型时，一般不需要风干，但对质量要求高的产品，可以使用60℃风干1~2小时；温度不能太高，否则无色产品会脱落；耐碱性差，不能用酸性染料染色

POM has high compressive strength, impact ductility, stiffness and fatigue limit, high stress relaxation resistance, good reliability of specifications, small water absorption capacity, small abrasion number, high quality abrasion resistance, high temperature and water still have very high stiffness, solvent leaching resistance with PA, but lower price, resistance to constant distortion, has outstanding resilience ability. The deficiencies of POM depend on its susceptibility to corrosion by strong alkalis, its lack of heat resistance and its poor heat resistance. Shrinkage 2-3.5% suitable for wall thickness: 1.5-2.5 mm.

Injection molding performance: POM has a significant melting point, 175 ℃ when molten, 240 ℃ will dissolve, the general production and processing temperature of 190 ℃ ~ 220 ℃, it is a narrow range of production and processing; POM does not absorb moisture, in injection molding, generally do not need to air dry, but the quality of high provisions of the product, you can use 60 ℃ air dry 1 ~ 2 hours on; temperature can not be too high, or colorless products will fall off; it’s Poor alkali resistance, can not use acid dyes on the colour.

Application: POM is used in the manufacture of automobile dashboard armrest box fittings, various gate valves (water release valves, air conditioner gate valves, etc.), various centrifugal impellers (water pumps, heater centrifugal impellers, gasoline pump wheels, etc.), various electrical switches and transmission gears on the dashboard of household appliances, various rockers and door pins, etc.
