Material Polyamade 12 for silent gear
Modle KY-TR3001 Type granules，pellets，plastic resin,clips,particle. Filler glass fiber , carbon fiber, caco3, Tac, PTFE ,glass bead,Mos2 and so on. Color As required Filler content 5%-60% Anti-UV, Cold resistance,heat resistance,toughen,high impact ,glass/carbon fiber reinforeced and so on.
Polyamade 12 for silent gear
PA12 nylon 12 elastomer has excellent noise and vibration damping. Under dry running conditions, it has low sliding friction coefficient for steel, POM, PBT and other materials, excellent wear resistance and high volume stability. Because of these properties, the product is especially suitable for silent gears such as DVD, CD, MD, VCR, camcorders, digital cameras, printers and video recorders.
PA12 barrel temperature:
Feeding section: 230-240℃
Middle section: 255-265℃
Discharge section: 265-275℃
Nozzle: 295-300℃
Mold temperature: 60-80℃
Injection pressure: 80-110mpa
Molding cycle: 20-25 seconds
Screw speed: 30-60 r/min
