改性原理

1、极性屏蔽作用

通过添加填料，将PA6分子链中极性酰胺基、端氨基和羧基在易吸水反应中屏蔽，吸水率将显著降低

2、结晶区的屏蔽作用

PA6是一种半晶态材料，水分子容易进入较大极性基团的非晶态区，通过添加填料和共混改性材料，有效地提高了PA6改性材料的结晶度，不仅力学性能有所提高，吸水率也会随之显著下降

3，结构的屏蔽效应

PA6改性材料，PA6材料为连续相，填料或表面处理剂为分散相，两相界面结合更强，填料或共混材料的非极性长链有效阻止了PA6材料与水分子的接触，从而吸水率显著降低

Product Details

At present, PA6 modification to reduce the water absorption of the method has three categories.

1, the addition of blending additives (such as LLDP, PP, maleic anhydride grafting, etc.);

2, adding inorganic filler additives (such as: calcium carbonate, talcum powder, etc.);

3、Surface treatment modification.

Modification principle

1、The shielding effect of polarity

By adding fillers, and PA6 molecular chain of polar amide groups, end amino and carboxyl groups in the easy to absorb water reaction, will be shielded, the water absorption rate will be significantly reduced.

2、The shielding effect of crystal area

PA6 is a semi-crystalline material, water molecules are easy to enter the amorphous area of the larger polar groups, the addition of fillers and blended modified materials to effectively improve the crystallinity of PA6 modified materials, not only mechanical properties have improved, water absorption will also be followed by a significant decline.

3, the shielding effect of the structure

PA6 modified material, PA6 material for the continuous phase, filler or surface treatment agent for the dispersed phase, the two phase interface bonding stronger, filler or blended material non-polar long chain effectively impede the contact between PA6 material and water molecules, and thus the water absorption rate decreased significantly.
