工艺条件:
干燥处理:如果材料在加工前密封,则无需干燥。但是,如果打开储存容器,建议在85℃的热风干燥过程中进行干燥。如果湿度大于0.2%,仍需在105℃下真空干燥12小时
熔融温度:260~290℃。玻璃添加剂产品适用于275~280℃。熔化温度应避免高于300℃。模具温度:建议为80℃。模具温度会影响结晶度,结晶度会影响产品的物理性能。对于薄壁塑料件,如果使用的模具温度低于40℃,塑料件的结晶度会随着时间的推移而变化,为了保持塑料件的几何稳定性,需要进行退火处理

PA66 profile:
PA66 polyamide 66 or nylon 66 has high melting point in polyamide materials.It is a semi-crystalline – crystalline material.PA66 can maintain strong strength and stiffness at higher temperatures.In product design, the influence of moisture absorption on geometric stability must be considered.Various modifiers are often added to improve the mechanical properties of PA66.Glass is the most common additive, and sometimes synthetic rubber, such as EPDM and SBR, is added to improve impact resistance.The stickiness of PA66 is low, so liquidity is good (but not as good as PA6).This property can be used to make very thin components.Its viscosity is sensitive to temperature changes.The shrinkage rate of PA66 is between 1% and 2%. Process conditions:
Dry treatment: there is no need to dry if the material is sealed before processing.However, if the storage container is opened, it is recommended that the at 85 ℃ hot air drying process.If the humidity is more than 0.2%, still need to be 105 ℃, 12 hours of vacuum drying.
Melting temperature: 260 ~ 290 ℃.Glass additives products for 275 ~ 280 ℃.Melting temperature should avoid higher than 300 ℃.Mold temperature: it is recommended that 80 ℃.The mold temperature will affect the crystallinity, which will affect the physical properties of the product.For thin wall plastic parts, if you use the mold temperature below 40 ℃, the plastic parts of crystallinity will change over time, in order to keep the geometric stability of the plastic parts, annealing treatment is required.
