POM is a tough and flexible material with good creep resistance, more or less stability and impact resistance even at high temperatures.

With a very low coefficient of friction and good robustness, polyformaldehyde pom plastics are ideally suited for making gears and bearings. Because of its high temperature resistance, polyformaldehyde pom plastic is also used in pipeline valves, pump housings, lawn equipment, etc.

Injection moulding process prerequisites:Drying disposal: If the raw material is stored in a drying environment, drying disposal is generally not wanted. Melting temperature: homopolymer raw materials for 190 ~ 230 ℃; copolymer raw materials for 190 ~ 210 ℃. Mould temperature: 80~105℃. In order to reduce the shrinkage rate after forming can choose a higher mould temperature.
