Product Details
PEEK polymers have a glass transition temperature of 143°C. Because it is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic material, it maintains excellent mechanical properties near the melting point temperature of 343°C. Fatigue and creep resistance is higher in thermoplastics.
PEEK only dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid, has good chemical resistance, especially at high temperatures in acid and alkali resistance than polyimide much better. At the same time, the water absorption of PEEK is very small, 23 ℃ saturation water absorption rate of only 0. 5%. And good heat and water resistance, can be used in pressurized hot water or steam at 300 ℃.
