1）筒体温度。筒体温度的选择对PBT成型非常重要，如温度低、塑化不良，会造成产品缺陷、凹陷、收缩不均和哑光等现象。而温度过高，会导致喷嘴流涎严重，边缘溢出，颜色变暗，甚至退化。通常，筒体温度控制在240至280摄氏度，玻璃纤维增强PBT控制在230至260摄氏度。喷嘴温度应控制在筒体前部温度5至10摄氏度以下。
2）模具温度。模具温度直接关系到产品的尺寸稳定性、翘曲变形、成型周期和结晶。PBT容易结晶，即使在室温下结晶也非常快，所以模具温度不需要太高，通常为40到60摄氏度，而玻璃纤维增强PBT模具温度稍高，通常为60到80摄氏度。
3）注射压力。PBT熔体粘度低，流动性好，可在中等注射压力下使用

2)Mold temperature. The mold temperature is directly related to the dimensional stability, warping deformation, molding cycle and crystallization of the product.
