PA12原材料
加工成型：PA12的相对密度为1.02g/cm3，在尼龙产品中较低；由于其酰胺基含量低，吸水率为0.25%，在尼龙中也较低。PA12的热分解温度大于350°C，长期使用温度为80-90°C，PA12薄膜气密性好，水蒸气透过率为9g/m2。PA12耐碱、耐油、耐发酵、耐无机稀酸、耐芳烃等。因此，PA12广泛应用于汽车管路系统，如多层燃油管路系统、真空制动助力器管路、液压离合器管路、中央润滑系统管路等。它还可用于修复工业管道的内层，以及触点开发；腐蚀性化学工业管道系统。在处理PA12之前，确保湿度低于0.1%。材料*储存在空气中，并在80℃的热空气中干燥4-6小时。材料储存在密闭容器中，温度平衡3小时后可直接使用。模具温度为30-80℃，筒体前部温度为240~300℃，PA12的一般特性不应超过310℃，阻燃特性不应超过270℃。筒体后部的温度低于前部的温度。注射压力为108MPa，高速注射速度可以使成型更好

Processing and molding: The relative density of PA12 is 1.02g/cm3, which is low among nylon products; because of its low content of amide groups and 0.25% water absorption, it is also low among nylon. The thermal decomposition temperature of PA12 is greater than 350°C, and the long-term use temperature is 80-90°C. The air tightness of PA12 film is good, and the water vapor transmission rate is 9g/m2. PA12 is resistant to alkalis, oils, ferments, inorganic dilute acids, aromatic hydrocarbons, etc. Therefore, PA12 is widely used in automobile pipeline systems, such as multi-layer fuel pipeline systems, vacuum brake booster tubes, hydraulic clutch tubes, and central lubrication system pipelines. It can also be used to repair the inner layer of industrial pipelines, as well as contact development; corrosive chemical industrial pipeline systems. Before processing PA12, ensure that the humidity is below 0.1%. Material* is stored in the air and dried in hot air at 80℃ for 4-6h. The material is stored in a closed container and can be used directly after 3 hours of temperature equilibrium. The mold temperature is 30-80℃, the temperature of the front part of the barrel is 240~300℃, the general characteristics of PA12 should not exceed 310℃, and the flame retardant characteristics of PA12 should not exceed 270℃. The temperature in the rear part of the barrel is lower than the temperature in the front part. The injection pressure is 108MPa, and the high-speed injection speed can make the molding better.
