PA46增韧树脂PA46是一种脂肪族聚酰胺，由丁二胺和己二酸缩聚而成。虽然PA46的分子结构与尼龙66相似，但锡酰PA46的酰胺基更多，链结构更对称；高度对称的链结构导致结晶度高（约70%），结晶速度快，熔点高（295℃），热变形温度也高，长期使用温度（切割5000小时）可达163℃

它易于加工，具有优异的流动性能，具有优异的抗拉强度、良好的隔热、阻燃、电镀、热稳定处理、高刚度的耐热保持性能，以及良好的高温蠕变性能。具有相同玻璃增强程度的PPS、Pei和PES的刚度和蠕变模量可用于壁厚不超过0.1 mm且无飞边的零件

PA46 is a kind of aliphatic polyamide which is polycondensated from butylene diamine and adipic acid. Although PA46 has similar molecular structure to nylon 66, stanyl PA46 has more amide groups and more symmetrical chain structure; The highly symmetrical chain structure leads to high crystallinity (about 70%), and the crystallization speed is fast, so the melting point is higher (295 ℃), the hot deformation temperature is also high, and the long-term service temperature (cut 5000hours) can reach 163 ℃.

Compared with other engineering plastics such as PA6, PA66, PPA and polyester, stanyl PA46 has technical advantages in heat resistance, high temperature mechanical strength and wear resistance, and has shorter molding cycle and more economical processing.

PA46 is a multi-purpose, glass reinforced, FR V0 flame retardant grade material.

It is easy to process and excellent flow performance, with excellent tensile strength, good thermal insulation, flame retardant, electroplating, heat stable treatment, high stiffness retention performance of heat resistance, and good creep resistance at high temperature. The stiffness and creep modulus of PPS, Pei and PES with the same degree of glass reinforcement can be used for parts with thin wall up to 0.1 mm without flash.
