PA46 is an aliphatic polyacrylic acid formed by polycondensation of succinic acid and adipic acid. Although it has a similar molecular structure as nylon 66, Stanyl PA46 has more acyl groups on each chain of a given length, and the chain structure is more symmetrical; The highly symmetrical chain structure results in high crystallinity (about 70%) and fast crystallization speed, so the melting point is higher (295 ℃), the heat distortion temperature is also high, and the long-term use temperature (CUT 5000hours) can reach 163 ℃ . These characteristics make Stanyl PA46 have technical advantages over other engineering plastics such as PA6, PA66, PPA and polyester in terms of heat resistance, mechanical strength and wear resistance at high temperatures, and the molding cycle is short and the processing is more economical.

The processing of PA46 is quick and simple, with excellent moisture resistance and good fluidity, making it ideal for the production of thin-walled parts.
