PA9T Plastic Granules features introduction:

PA9T Plastic Granules do not need to be modified before processing to lower its melting point (306℃), while PA6T needs to be modified

Lower melting point, suitable for injection molding requirements.

Another advantage of PA9T is its low water absorption rate, which is equivalent to PBT, which is much lower than other PA6T such as PA46, PA66 and another semi-aromatic high temperature resistant nylon.

PA9T’s high glass transition temperature (125℃) and high crystallinity make it retain good toughness at high temperatures, better than PA66 and PA46, and its friction resistance and small friction coefficient are much better than other nylons, even exceeding POM and LCP . Another excellent performance of PA9T is its resistance to chemicals and oils, alcohols, acids and calcium dichloride, hot water and other fluids, almost surpassing all PAs, only slightly worse than PPS, and the barrier to fuel is PA6 and PA12 Ten times, close to ETFE (ethylene-tetrachloroethylene copolymer) level, these excellent properties make PA9T very suitable for automotive hood products.
