1。玻璃纤维增强(玻璃纤维增强)
在改性PBT中,97%以上采用玻璃纤维增强,玻璃纤维改性PBT具有优异的性能:
1。优异的耐热性,长期使用温度120℃,短期使用可达200℃
2。机械强度高,长期载荷下变形小

1.GF reinforced (glass fiber reinforced)
Among the modified PBT, more than 97% are reinforced with glass fiber, and the PBT modified by glass fiber has outstanding performance:
1. Excellent heat resistance, long-term use temperature of 120°C, short-term use up to 200C;
2. High mechanical strength, small deformation under long-term load;
3. Low water absorption, good dimensional stability, excellent friction and abrasion resistancePBTPhysical modification
However, adding glass fiber can easily cause these shortcomings: anisotropy, product warpage and deformation.
Solution and application: It adopts inorganic mineral and GF compound modification, or adds other polymer modification, widely used in machinery, electronic and electrical, automobile industry and household appliances and other fields.
2. Filling modification
Adding inorganic fillers, inorganic minerals, ore body and glass fiber composite to improve the fluidity of PBT resin, product warpage, surface properties, etc.
Application: It can be used as pipes, household utensils, instrument shells, bathroom products (such as sinks, bathtubs), etc.
3. Flame retardant modification
PBT is a crystalline aromatic polyester, which has certain flame retardancy, flame retardant grade HB, but it is far from meeting the requirements of use: V0 level. Therefore, flame retardants are often added for flame retardant modification. Commonly used flame retardants are bromide (such as decabromodiphenyl ether), Sb2O3, phosphide and chloride. At present, halogen flame retardants are gradually being replaced, with halogen-free flame retardants as the main direction. Flame retardant PBT is mainly used in: relays, electronic watch casings, camera parts, plastic energy-saving lamp holders, etc.
