PBT notes:
1. PBT must be dried at a temperature of 110-120 °C for about 3 hours before injection molding.
The molding processing temperature is 250 to 270 ° C, and the mold temperature is preferably controlled at 50 to 75 ° C.
Since the material is cooled from the molten state, it will solidify and crystallize immediately, so the cooling time is short;
2. If the nozzle temperature is improperly controlled (lower), the flow channel (water nozzle) is easy to cool and solidify, and the nozzle will be blocked.
