PBT CF30 Granule
PBT resin is used as the base material, and PBT conductive PBT CF30% modified by adding long carbon fiber or short carbon fiber and other additives.
Material characteristics, electrical conductivity, high strength, mechanical durability, heat resistance, weather resistance, dimensional stability, processability, black and shiny surface.
It is suitable for manufacturing all kinds of auto parts, cash machine parts, electrical components, electric fan cabinets, electric fan blades, etc. that require electrical conductivity.
Baking temperature: drying at 100-120℃ for 4-6 hours.
Molding temperature: 240-280℃, the processing temperature can be fine-tuned according to the on-site machine condition.
