材料特性：
1。阻燃等级：1.6mm HB，2mm 5VA，灼烧丝燃烧指数：1mm，750°C。零件的壁厚为1.6mm，产品每侧三点的激光透射值为60%（12点），壁厚影响激光穿透值
3。30%GF增强，与未增强PBT材料相比，模具收缩的尺寸稳定性良好
4。根据产品翘曲控制的实际应用，添加20%的GF加固，改善翘曲≤ 0.07毫米。基材为PBT结晶材料，抗紫外线等级：F2，耐候性好
6。注塑管温度：250~270°C

Basic requirements:
1. fire retardant: 1.6mmHB UL 94 certification standard, burning index of hot wire: 750°C or more.
2. laser penetration – product around three points per side laser transmission value ≥ 50% (12 points).
3. good dimensional stability – internal thread design and lens assembly.
4. good deformation, low warpage – warpage control ≤ 0.07mm.
5. good UV resistance, weather stability performance.
6. Injection molding.
Material characteristics:
1. Fire retardant grade: 1.6mm HB, 2mm 5VA, scorching wire burning index: 1mm, 750°C
2.The wall thickness of the part is 1.6mm, the laser transmission value of three points around each side of the product: 60% (12 points), the wall thickness affects the laser penetration value
3. 30% GF reinforcement, good dimensional stability of mold shrinkage compared with non-reinforced PBT material
4. Add 20% GF reinforcement, warpage improvement, according to the actual application of the product warpage control in ≤ 0.07mm
5. The base material is PBT crystalline material, anti-UV level: F2, good weathering stability
6. Injection molding tube temperature: 250~270°C
