Product Details

PC/PBT and PC/PET alloys are ideal for exterior automotive parts because they have the high heat resistance and impact resistance of PC and the chemical resistance, wear resistance and moulding processability of PBT and PET. PC/PBT car bumpers are resistant to low temperature impact below -30°C and are tough when broken without fragments. Elastomer toughened PC/PBT alloys and PC/PET alloys are more suitable for making car body panels, car side guards, fenders, car door frames, etc. Highly heat resistant PC/PBT and PC/PET alloys can be used for injection moulded exterior parts without painting. PC/PET alloys can be used for car exhaust ports and licence plate covers.
