PCTG granules polymer

PCTG is a non-crystalline copolyester with outstanding thermoforming properties. PCTG is easy to produce products with complex shapes and large stretch ratios. Furthermore, unlike PC and impact modified PMMA, PCTG does not require pre-drying prior to the thermoforming process, resulting in shorter moulding cycles, lower temperatures and higher yields.

PCTG offers excellent weather resistance. It maintains the toughness of the product and prevents yellowing. It contains UV absorbers and can be co-extruded to form a protective layer against the harmful effects of UV light.

PCTG substrates are all environmentally friendly and meet food contact management requirements. It is more durable than PMMA.
