1。耐高温性

PEEK聚合物材料和共混物的玻璃化转变温度通常为143℃，熔点为343℃，热变性温度高达335℃（ISO75Af，填充碳纤维），连续使用温度为260℃（UL746B，未填充）

2。耐磨性

PEEK聚合物材料具有优异的摩擦和耐磨性，尤其是耐磨改性摩擦等级，在各种压力、速度、温度和接触表面粗糙度下表现出优异的耐磨性

3。耐化学性

As the most important product in the polyaryl ether ketone class, PEEK’s special molecular structure gives the polymer high temperature resistance, excellent mechanical properties, good self-lubrication, easy processing, chemical corrosion resistance, flame retardant, peel resistance, irradiation resistance, stable insulation, hydrolysis resistance and easy processing and other excellent properties, is currently recognized as the best thermoplastic engineering plastics.

1. High temperature resistance

PEEK polymeric materials and blends of glass transition temperature is usually 143 ℃, melting point of 343 ℃, thermal denaturation temperature of up to 335 ℃ (ISO75Af, carbon fiber filled), continuous use temperature of 260 ℃ (UL746B, unfilled ).

2. Abrasion resistance

PEEK polymeric materials have excellent friction and wear resistance, especially wear-modified friction grades, which exhibit excellent wear resistance over a wide range of pressures, speeds, temperatures, and contact surface roughness.

3. chemical resistance

PEEK polymeric materials have corrosion resistance similar to that of nickel steel, with excellent corrosion resistance in most chemical environments, even at high temperatures.

4. Fire and smoke resistant and non-toxic

PEEK polymeric material is very stable, 1.5 mm sample, without flame retardants to achieve -V0 rating. The composition and inherent purity of this material allows it to produce only a very small amount of smoke and toxic fumes in the event of a fire.

5. Hydrolysis Resistance

PEEK polymers and blends are resistant to chemical attack by water or high-pressure steam. Parts made from this material maintain a high level of mechanical properties under continuous use in water at high temperatures and pressures.

6. Excellent electrical properties

PEEK polymeric materials maintain good electrical properties over a wide range of frequencies and temperatures.
