Precautions for molding:
1. PEEK water absorption rate is low, but in order to ensure high quality molding products, it is necessary to pre-dry before molding.
2. The melting point of PEEK is about 343C, so it is usually processed in the temperature range of 360-400C.
3. PEEK is a crystalline plastic. In order to obtain beautiful appearance and product performance, it is recommended to use a mold temperature of about 200C.
Usually the mold temperature is not lower than 175C.
Injection pressure: 40-100MPa, back pressure 30bar.
5. Screw speed: 50-100rpm, hardening period 50-60rpm.
Dryness: 150°C, 2-6 hours.
