PEEK plastic raw material is an aromatic crystalline thermoplastic polymer material with a melting point of 334°C. It has high mechanical strength, impact resistance, flame retardant, hydrolysis resistance, fatigue resistance, radiation resistance and good electrical properties.
PEEK resin has a high melting point (334°C) and glass transition temperature (143°C), the continuous use temperature is 260°C, and the load thermal deformation temperature of its 30% GF or CF reinforced grades is as high as 316°C.
Mechanical properties
PEEK plastic raw material resin has good toughness and rigidity, and it has excellent fatigue resistance to alternating stress comparable to alloy materials.
Flame retardancy
The flammability of a material is the ability to maintain combustion after obtaining high energy ignition from the oxygen and nitrogen mixture.
