PPA has a long-term service temperature of up to 180°C and has good mechanical strength and impact resistance at high temperatures. PPA has been tested to ISO 527 standards, and the results show that PPA can withstand immersion in long-lasting antifreeze and still maintain high tensile properties.

In terms of processing, PPA offers a wide molding processing window and its good flow properties allow parts to be designed with thinner wall thicknesses.
