It can be seen from the figure that the influence of mineral additives on the molding shrinkage rate of PPS modified materials is more obvious. The influence of mineral additives on the shrinkage rate of PPS modified materials has three main aspects: one is that the mineral filler itself does not shrink, and its addition reduces the shrinkage rate of PPS modified materials from the overall ratio; the other is mineral fillers. The addition of additives will inevitably affect the crystallinity of PPS, thereby affecting the shrinkage; third, after the addition of the fine mineral agent, it acts as a nucleating agent, changing the structure of PPS and preventing the formation of large spherulites. It also affects the molding shrinkage rate of PPS.
