机械工业:机械工业特别用于在高湿度和强腐蚀环境中制备零件。用于壳体、结构件、耐磨件和密封材料,如:泵壳、泵轮、阀门、轴承、轴承座、活塞环和齿轮、皮带轮、风扇、流量计组件、法兰、万向头、计数器、液位计等。

PPS加工特性

(1)注塑:可使用通用注塑机,玻璃纤维增强聚苯硫醚的熔融指数应为50

注射成型的工艺条件为:料筒温度为280~330℃,纯聚苯硫醚为300~350℃

对于纯PPS,喷嘴温度为305℃,对于40%+gfpps,喷嘴温度为330℃

模具温度120-180℃,注射压力50-130mpa

挤出:采用排气挤出机,工艺流程为:进料段温度低于200℃,料筒温度300-340℃,连接体温度320-340℃,模具温度300-320℃

成型:适用于大型产品,采用两次压缩,先冷却,然后热压。结果表明,纯聚苯硫醚的预热温度约为360℃,预热15min,石墨聚苯硫醚的预热温度约为380℃,预热20min;成型压力10~30MPa,冷却至150℃脱模

(4)喷射成型:采用悬浮喷涂法和悬浮喷涂与干粉热喷涂混合法,将聚苯硫醚喷涂在金属表面,然后塑化淬火得到涂层;PPS的涂层处理温度在300℃以上,绝缘时间为30分钟

Used for shell, structural parts, wear-resistant parts and sealing materials, such as: pump shell, pump wheel, valve, bearing, bearing bracket, piston ring and gear, pulley, fan, flowmeter component, flange, universal head, counter, level gauge, etc.

PPS Processing characteristics

(1) Injection molding: general injection molding machine can be used, and the melt index of Glass Fiber Reinforced PPS should be 50.

The process conditions of injection molding are as follows: barrel temperature, pure PPS 280 ~ 330 ℃,

40% GF + PPS was 300-350 ℃;

The nozzle temperature was 305 ℃ for pure PPS and 330 ℃ for 40% + gfpps;

Mold temperature 120-180 ℃, injection pressure, 50-130mpa.

(2) Extrusion: using exhaust extruder, the process is: the temperature of feeding section is less than 200 ℃, the temperature of barrel is 300-340 ℃, the temperature of connecting body is 320-340 ℃, and the temperature of die is 300-320 ℃.

(3) Molding: suitable for large products, using two compression, cooling first, then hot pressing. The results show that the preheating temperature of pure PPS is about 360 ℃ for 15 min, and gfpps is about 380 ℃ for 20 min; the molding pressure is 10 ~ 30MPa and cooled to 150 ℃ for demoulding.

(4) Spray molding: suspension spraying method and mixing method of suspension spraying and dry powder thermal spraying are used, in which PPS is sprayed on the metal surface, and then plasticized and quenched to obtain the coating; the coating treatment temperature of PPS is above 300 ℃ and the insulation is 30min.
