用TPU对PVC进行改性，使其成为一种新型热塑性弹性体，也称为聚氨酯橡胶。聚氨酯具有优异的物理化学性能和良好的生物相容性。通过将TPU与聚氯乙烯复合，并用TPU代替DOP等液体增塑剂来制造软质聚氯乙烯医疗产品，可以避免液体增塑剂的迁移。在PVC/TPU共混体系中，可以添加增强剂来改善力学性能。在各种增强剂中，二氧化硅（二氧化硅）具有更好的增强效果。PVC的热稳定剂可以是硬脂酸钙等。

TPU也可以用于PVC硬制品中，作为PVC的增韧剂，制备PVC/TPU共混增韧材料

Product Details

PVC is modified with TPU to become a new type of thermoplastic elastomer, also known as polyurethane rubber. Polyurethane has excellent physical and chemical properties and excellent biocompatibility. By compounding TPU with polyvinyl chloride and replacing liquid plasticizers such as DOP with TPU to make soft polyvinyl chloride medical products, the migration of liquid plasticizers can be avoided. In the PVC/TPU blending system, reinforcing agents can be added to improve the mechanical properties. Among various reinforcing agents, silica (silicon dioxide) has a better reinforcing effect. The heat stabilizer of PVC can be calcium stearate, etc.

TPU can also be used in PVC hard products, as a toughening agent for PVC, to prepare PVC/TPU blended toughening materials.
