PA12 pellets for natural gas pipe

PA12 natural gas pipeline can withstand a pressure of 0.8 to 1.7 MPa below 80°C, which can replace steel pipes in this range and is more competitive than polyolefin materials.

PA12 is incompatible with most other plastic compounds. Even a small amount of other resin plastic pollution leads to turbid melt and finished parts. Therefore, the plasticizing unit of the processing machine and all other melt channels should be cleaned very carefully before work begins.

The melting temperature of PA12: 240~300℃; for ordinary materials, it should not exceed 310℃, and for materials with flame-retardant properties, it should not exceed 270℃.
