PCTG lumps for sheet
PCTG lumps have good viscosity, transparency, color, chemical resistance, and resistance to stress whitening. The viscosity is better than PMMA.
PCTG is an amorphous copolyester. Its products are highly transparent and have excellent impact resistance. It is especially suitable for forming thick-walled transparent products. It has excellent processing and molding properties and can be designed in any shape according to the designer’s intention. Traditional molding methods such as extrusion, injection molding, blow molding and blister molding can be widely used in the markets of sheet materials, high-performance shrink films, bottles and profiles, and cosmetic packaging. At the same time, it has excellent secondary processing performance and can be modified by conventional machining.
PCTG lumps use conventional molding methods to prepare 1~25.4mm thick transparent materials, with outstanding toughness and high impact strength. Its impact strength is 3~10 times that of modified polyacrylates and excellent molding properties. Cold bending is not white, no cracks, easy to print and decorate, widely used in indoor and outdoor signs, storage racks, vending machine panels, furniture, construction and mechanical baffles.
