The full name of TPU plastic raw material is Thermoplastic Polyurethane, which is a linear polymer material produced by the joint reaction of diisocyanate, macromolecular polyol and chain extender. Its molecular composition is characterized by repeated carbamate groups, and it also contains allophanate, biuret, ester bonds, ether bonds and other groups; from the molecular structure, it consists of rigid segments It is formed alternately with flexible segments, in which the rigid segment is obtained by the reaction of diisocyanate and chain extender, and the soft segment is obtained by the reaction of diisocyanate and macromolecular polyol. This special molecular structure makes TPU have excellent properties that are incomparable to other types of thermoplastic elasticity.
