It has a lower coefficient of friction than pure nylon 1010 resin, higher PV value and better friction and wear resistance, better self-lubricating, suitable for manufacturing (injection molding method) various wear resistant manufacturing such as bearing cages, Shaft sleeves, anti-friction rings, anti-friction pads, etc.
Wear-resistant nylon has good abrasion resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance. It also greatly reduces the water absorption and shrinkage of raw materials, and has excellent dimensional stability and excellent mechanical strength.
