材料性能：

1，长期使用温度-200-260度，具有优异的耐化学性，耐所有化学品的腐蚀性，塑料中的摩擦系数最低，电性能非常好，其电绝缘不受温度影响，有“塑料王”之称

2。透明或半透明，结晶度越高，透明度越差。原料主要是粉末状树脂或浓缩分散体，其具有非常高的分子量，并且是具有高结晶度的热塑性聚合物

成型特点：

1、结晶材料，吸湿性低

2，流动性差，极易分解，分解产生腐蚀性气体。模具应加热，浇注系统应具有较低的材料流动阻力

粉末树脂通常采用粉末冶金法成型，采用烧结法。烧结温度应为360-380度，不超过475度。乳液树脂通常通过冷挤压然后烧结来处理，这可以在物品表面形成一层防腐层。如果需要透明度和良好的韧性，应采用快速冷却。也可采取挤出成型，可挤出管材、棒材、型材

4，聚四氟乙烯熔体粘度很高，粘度随剪切应力的增大而减小，表现出其非牛顿流体性质；5、二次加工，可进行热压复合、焊接、粘接、加固、机械加工等，以生产最终产品

Product Details

Material performance:

1, long-term use temperature – 200 – 260 degrees, has excellent chemical resistance, corrosion resistance to all chemicals, the lowest coefficient of friction in the plastic, and very good electrical properties, its electrical insulation is not affected by the temperature, there are “plastic king” called;

2. Transparent or translucent, the higher the crystallinity, the worse the transparency. The raw material is mostly powdered resin or concentrated dispersion, which has a very high molecular weight and is a thermoplastic polymer with high crystallinity.

Molding characteristics:

1、Crystalline material, low moisture absorption;

2, poor fluidity, very easy to decompose, decomposition produces corrosive gas. The mould should be heated and the pouring system should have low resistance to the material flow;

3、Powdered resin is often moulded by powder metallurgy method, using sintering method. The sintering temperature should be 360-380 degrees, not more than 475 degrees. Emulsion resins are usually processed by cold extrusion and then sintering, which can form an anti-corrosion layer on the surface of the article. If transparency and good toughness are required, rapid cooling should be adopted. Can also take extrusion molding, can extrude tube, bar, profile;

4, PTFE melt viscosity is very high, the viscosity of the volume with the increase in shear stress and decrease, showing its non-Newtonian fluid properties; 5, secondary processing, can be hot pressing compound, welding, bonding, reinforcement, mechanical processing, etc., to produce the final product.

Application:Making corrosion resistant parts, wear resistant parts, seals, insulating parts and medical device parts.
