PPS is called polyphenylene sulfide, English name: Phenylenesulfide

Density: 1.36g/cm3, melting point: 250-315°C, decomposition temperature greater than 480°C, long-term use temperature: 220-240°C, thermal change temperature: 250-260°C
The molding shrinkage rate is small (about 0.2-0.3%), and the water absorption rate is low (about 0.02%)
Injection molding conditions:
1. Pre-drying: Drying should be carried out under blast conditions, drying: 130℃～140℃, 3-4 hours, the thickness of the material layer is 3 cm.
2. Injection temperature: between 290-330℃
3. Pressure: 40-120MPa4. Injection speed: medium speed is appropriate.
4. Mold temperature: 130-150℃ The taper of the main runner should be large and the runner should be short.
