TPE产生气味的原因主要是由于高温混合或加工组件小分子的挥发

以下建议：

1。对于热塑性弹性体复合系统，尽量选择挥发性有机化合物挥发性低的操作油和加工助剂。工作油应选择氢化程度高的油

2。热塑性弹性体混合物。经过充分冷却和包装后，颗粒的气味会减少

3。TPE产品的加工。高温注塑时，气味不可避免，含油量越大，气味越大。但成品冷却后，产品的气味会逐渐消失

Ways to reduce the smell of TPE materials and products:

The reason why TPE has odor is mainly due to high temperature blending or volatilization of small molecules of processing components.

Suggestions below:

1.For TPE compounding system, try to choose operating oil and processing aids with low VOC volatility. The operating oil should be selected with a high degree of hydrogenation.

2.TPE blend. After fully cooled and packed, the smell of pellets will be less.

3.Processing of TPE products. High temperature injection molding, the smell is inevitable, the greater the oil content, the greater the smell. But after the finished product is cooled, the smell of the product will gradually fade.
