PA12 injection molding process conditions
Drying treatment: The humidity should be below 0.1% before processing. If the material is stored in the air, it is
recommended to dry in 85C hot air for 4 to 5 hours. If the material is stored in a closed container, it can be
used directly after 3 hours of temperature equilibration.
PA12 Nylon 12 elastomer has excellent noise and vibration damping properties, and has low sliding friction
coefficient, excellent wear resistance and high volume stability for steel, POM, PBT and other materials under
dry running conditions. Because of these properties, the product is particularly suitable for silent gears such as
DVDs, CDs, MDs, VCRs, camcorders, digital cameras, printers and video recorders.
