3. Suitable for LDS process (laser – plating).

4. Good temperature resistance – reflow soldering through SMT process.

5. Good dimensional stability.

6. Suitable for injection molding.

Material characteristics.

1. Fireproof certified grade: 1.5mm V-0.

2. 40% mineral filler, bending modulus (23°C): 8800 Mpa, bending stress (23°C): 120 Mpa.

3. The base material is LCP, which is fully suitable for LDS process and has good copper plating performance with actual case application.

4. Heat deflection temperature (0.45 Mpa) 255°C, combined with the actual case application through the SMT process reflow temperature test.

5. Mineral filler 40%, flow direction shrinkage: 0.4%/z vertical direction: 1.2%, compared to non-reinforced materials with good dimensional stability performance.

6. Injection molding temperature: 335~345°C.
