PBT塑料材料具有非常弱的吸湿性能。未增强PBT的抗拉强度为50MPa，玻璃添加剂型PBT的抗拉强度为170MPa。玻璃添加剂过多会导致材料变脆

PBT plastic material
PBT has very weak moisture absorption properties. The tensile strength of unreinforced PBT is 50MPa, and the tensile strength of glass additive type PBT is 170MPa. Too much glass additives will cause the material to become brittle.
PBT; crystallizes very quickly, which will cause bending deformation due to uneven cooling. For materials with glass additives, the shrinkage in the process direction can be reduced, but the shrinkage in the direction perpendicular to the process is basically the same as that of ordinary materials. Generally, the shrinkage rate of materials is between 1.5% and 2.8%. Materials with 30% glass additives shrink between 0.3% and 1.6%. The melting point (225%C) and high temperature deformation temperature are lower than PET materials. The Vicat softening temperature is about 170C. The glass transition temperature (glass trasitio temperature) is between 22C and 43C. Due to the high crystallization speed of PBT, its viscosity is very low, and the cycle time of plastic parts processing is generally low.
