工艺特点：
（1）具有明显的熔点，熔点为225~235℃，为结晶性材料，结晶度可达40%
（2）PBT熔体的粘度受温度的影响不如剪切应力大，因此在注射成型中，注射压力对PBT熔体流动性的影响是明显的
PBT在熔融状态下具有良好的流动性和较低的粘度，仅次于尼龙，在成型过程中容易“铸造”

Mechanical properties: high strength, fatigue resistance, dimensional stability, small creep (very little change under high temperature conditions).

Water stability: PBT is easily decomposed in contact with water (use caution in high temperature and high humidity environments);
Process characteristics:
(1) It has an obvious melting point, the melting point is 225~235 °C, it is a crystalline material, and the crystallinity can reach 40%.
(2) The viscosity of PBT melt is not affected by temperature as much as shear stress, so in injection molding, the influence of injection pressure on the fluidity of PBT melt is obvious.
(3) PBT has good fluidity and low viscosity in the molten state, second only to nylon, and is prone to “casting” during molding.
(4) Anisotropy of PBT molded products.
(5) PBT is easily degraded in contact with water at high temperature.
