PBT+ FR v0 granules
The Chinese name of PBT is polybutylene terephthalate, or saturated polyester for short, which is a highly crystalline thermoplastic.
Pbt and pet are collectively referred to as thermoplastic polyester, or saturated polyester. As a kind of thermoplastic polyester, unreinforced pbt has better processability and electrical properties than other thermoplastic engineering plastics.
PBT is easy to be flame retardant, and the flame retardancy of pure PBT is UL94HB. After adding a certain amount of flame retardant, it can reach UL94V-0 level. Because of its good affinity with flame retardants, it is easy to develop reactive or additive flame retardant grades. Flame retardant products are widely used in the electronic and electrical industry.
