Product Details
PEEK KY-TR15030C (black color) This material is filled with 30% carbon fiber reinforcement and has better mechanical properties than KY-TR15030G, making it a bearing grade plastic. Its superior friction properties (low coefficient of friction, wear resistance, higher peak pressure limit) make this grade an ideal material for friction applications. The higher modulus of elasticity, mechanical strength and creep, and greater wear resistance, and the carbon fiber reinforced plastic has 3.5 times faster thermal conductivity than unreinforced PEEK plastic to dissipate heat from the bearing surface.
