PEEK GF50%颗粒

Product Details

PEEK is an aromatic crystalline thermoplastic polymer material with a melting point of 334°C. It has excellent heat resistance, long-term creep resistance, fatigue resistance, chemical resistance, flame retardancy, radiation resistance and excellent processability.

PEEK has good flame retardancy and is difficult to burn under normal conditions. Even if it is burned, the amount of smoke and harmful gases released is very low, even lower than that of low-smoke polymers such as polytetrafluoroethylene. .

PEEK has excellent heat resistance. The heat distortion temperature of PEEK is 160℃. When reinforced with 20%~30% glass fiber, the heat distortion temperature can be increased to 280~300℃. The long-term use temperature of PEEK is about 200 ℃, and it can still maintain high tensile strength and flexural modulus at this temperature.

PEEK is highly resistant to chemical corrosion, and almost no chemical solvent can attack it except concentrated sulfuric acid. Due to its excellent chemical stability and radiation resistance, PEEK has been widely used in the fields of nuclear industry, chemical industry, electronic appliances, machinery, automobile industry and aviation.
