Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) is a high-performance technical polymer. PPS resin is a plastic granulate (polyphenylene sulfide pellet) in bulk order quantities in China. Many applications of PPS granulate products include stationery, textiles, electronics and electrics, the production of pipes, heavy engineering wires, the automotive and toy industries.

The hardness of the PPS GF50 is high, the rigidity of the material has good mechanical properties but no high impact strength, and brittle glass fibers can be added to improve mechanical properties of the GF50.

PPS has excellent dimensional stability and can be used at high temperatures and humidity. It has a good processing flow form for long thin products and various complex drying temperatures up to 150 A with a drying time of 3-4 hours.
