Product Details
EVA is a random copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate. Polyvinyl chloride is modified by blending with EVA, and EVA can be used for toughening modification of rigid PVC and also for soft PVC. Rigid PVC/EVA blends can be used for the production of sheets and profiles, but also for the production of low-foaming products.
EVA is used for soft PVC, which can significantly improve the cold resistance of PVC, and the embrittlement temperature of this PVC/EVA blend can reach -70°C. In addition, soft PVC/EVA blends also have a good feel. Soft PVC/EVA blends can be used to produce cold-resistant films, sheets, artificial leather, etc. They can also be used to produce foamed products.
